What is domain name tailoring? 
Domain tailoring is a domains search service conducted by our expert domain finder in order to assist companies, businesses, and individuals to find suitable .com, net, .org domain names available for registration  for a fixed fee.  Universaldomains.net will also act on your behalf to determine if the owner of a specific domain name would be interested in selling his registered name for a price and negotiate between you and the seller to reach an agreement for the transfer of the domain name to you.  This service will cost you only a $100 setup fee plus the cost of the domain name putting in mind that the seller will pay universaldomains.net our brokerage commission  with no added cost to the buyer.  The buyer  must  pay the domain transfer fee and cost.  We have over 20 years of experience in negotiating real estate transactions which will give both buyer and seller the professional service and expertise that we have gained over the years.

We have spent thousands of hours searching the availability of domain names and we know where to find the valuable ones that will be worth thousands of dollars if you buy them from the secondary market and auction web sites.  

How much does it cost? 
The initial cost  to conduct a search for a non-registered domain name is $45.  This fee is non-refundable, however it will be included in the price if you decide to register one or more of the tailored domain names submitted to you by universaldomains.net in your domain tailoring package..

If you decide to register one of the domain names presented to you, you agree to pay universaldomains.net $500 for the first domain name and $100 for each subsequent domain name (regardless of the appraised value of the domain presented to you, which could be thousands of dollars if you were to purchase a similar name on the secondary market.).

Who qualifies for domain tailoring? 
This service is offered to companies or individuals who are legitimately looking to purchase a domain name for their business or own use (end-users).   In the event the domain name is resold within one year from the time of registry, you agree to pay us 15% of any profit gained by the resale since we provide you with the best names available regardless of their value.

What do we need from you to start the process? 
1.  A great deal of the domain names we own were purchased starting in the middle of 1999.   It took hundreds of hours to master the selection of valuable domain names.  We only believe in the dot com, dot net and dot org extensions.  An exception would be with certain domain names, a .org extension would be much more distinguished  than .com or .net.  This goes for domain names which are associated with major organizations i.e. bluecross.com is not as suitable as bluecross.org. 

2.  You must provide us via e-mail with a brief description of the service or business you intend to use the domain name for and include all relevant information you believe will help us to narrow the search for your domain name.

3.  This service is offered to companies who are legitimately looking to purchase domain names for their own use, not for resale.

4.  We will not register the domain name, we will help you  register it yourself if you are 100% satisfied that it is suitable for the business you are engaged in. 

5.  This service is offered by California licensed real estate brokers and it will work in the same manner as a broker selling an apartment or office building to a buyer, however on a smaller scale.  The suggested domain names we will offer you may be worth many thousands of dollars.  You will have 10  business days to register one or more of the tailor made domain names presented to you by universaldomains.net. or you can request a new search which will be under the same terms, conditions and pricing as the first search.  a

6.  We are real estate brokers so rest assured that we will honor the confidentiality of the information you provide us in the same manner we treat our real estate clients.  We  expect that all of the suggested domain names provided by us to you will be kept confidential as well.   

7.  You will pay for all registration fees and costs associated with registering and parking the domain name.

8.  We have the right to refuse service to any person or entity without giving any reason.
